Beckett feeding the geese!

Some of Brian and I's favorite memories from when we were younger, was going to the park and feeding the geese! So we thought it was time for us to start that with Beckett!

Beckett playing at the lake!!

May already!

Could he get any cuter than this!!

Wow, this spring has gone by fast! We have been busy attending Brians track meets and spending as much time as possible outside! The weather has been beautiful, so we have been spending time at the park, down by the river and in our parking lot writing with chalk!

Beckett had a check up the other day and is a very healthy boy! He is in the 95% for height at 331/2 inches as well for weight at 28lbs! He is definitely no longer our baby boy, he is becoming a very independent little boy! He is talking up a storm (a few words we don't understand yet!), he is very smart and can say numerous words! At night is our favorite when we put him down he says"night, night.... love you... bye bye!" He also is learning more words in sign language... socks and shoes are his newest! There is so much more to share, but I am trying to make this a quick one!

As for Brian and I, well Brian is finishing up his Track season and they have had a wonderful season with a lot of records broken! He was offered the Head Track Coach position for next year, which we are really excited about! This summer he will be busy working for the school district doing maintenance work as well as basketball camps and coaching. I have been subbing almost everyday for the past two months, I have enjoyed it tremendously and will miss the kids this summer. I plan on starting school again and hopefully finishing my degree in the next two years! Please pray for us as I am hoping to get a para job next year and for me to finish my degree!

We love and miss you all! Hope you have had a beautiful spring!

Easter break!

We weren't able to travel to visit family over Easter, so some of our friends came to us! We were blessed to have a "friends" reunion with some of our best friends! The Cassidy family and their newest member Joseph came from Colorado as well as Matt, Erin and Ellie Whyte came from Illinois. It was great to have everyone together, especially in Atchison where we all met and said we would all never be here again!
Beckett and Simeon had a blast playing together and learned lots of new tricks and words from each other! Ellie and Joseph hung out together as neither of them are quite mobile enough to keep up with the big boys! It was a little crazy all of us together with our kids, but we enjoyed everyone's company and showed truly how God works by having such wonderful amazing people in our life!

Since the weather has been nice, we finally put together Becketts truck that Grandpa Dennis got him at Christmas! Lets just say there were over 30 parts to unsnap and put together. Brian was not so thrilled, but Beckett sure loved helping!! haha

Sweet, check out my ride and those wheels!

"OH WOW" Beckett said as he climbed in his new truck!!

Visitors!

In the last few months we have a had quite a few visitors! Our friends Jana and Kaleb from Lincoln surprised us with a visit! We got to go to Kansas City and hang out! It was a wonderful surprise to have them down here and get to spend some quality time with them! We are excited for their wedding in July!~Love you guys!

We have been very fortunate to have seen Anna(my cousin), Drew, Alaire and Belle a lot lately! We are about the half way for them so they have stayed a few nights with us as they travel! Also, Drews job brings him to KC quite often so of course Anna, Alaire and Belle come which usually means a shopping day for us girls and Beckett!! We have had a blast with them, glad we are able to spend time with family! I'm sure Beckett and Alaire will be just as much trouble together as Anna and I were!

Beckett and Kaleb! "Tough Guys!"

Beckett acting like a baby! He stole Alaires pacifier!

Beckett and Belle! He is more interested in the dog, then Alaire!

During our shopping day we usually let Beckett babysit! (Just kidding, a few more months and maybe!!!) hahah!

He does such a great job!! Alaire doesn't looked worried at all!

Grandpa Dennis and Lisa's visit!

We said we would post pictures from their visit and it taken almost 2 months!! We had a blast the few hours we got to spend with them! We toured Atchison and showed them around all of the "haunted" houses/ parks!

~Thank you guys for coming and visiting us! We enjoyed our time with you, hopefully we can see each other soon! Love you!
